📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions for clients.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct cost and schedule analyses to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering supervision.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in engineering (e.g., PMP, PMP, PE) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
