📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and network equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and network infrastructure.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer hardware and network equipment.
Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure optimal operation.
Provide technical support to end-users and clients.
Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new IT solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer hardware and networking.
Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) and hardware (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus.
Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software, such as Wireshark, PRTG, and Cisco Packet Tracer.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems is a plus.
