📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Train and mentor team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve operational goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading operational initiatives and driving process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
