📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement competency frameworks and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead the creation of training materials, including e-learning modules and workshops.
• Conduct needs assessments and competency gap analyses to identify training requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate competency development into performance management systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of competency development programs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in competency development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
• Build and manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in competency development, training, or HR.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing competency development programs.
• Strong knowledge of competency modeling tools such as SHL, TalentQ, or similar.
• Certification in competency development or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
