📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Drive talent acquisition and retention initiatives to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Create and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform HR decision-making and improve organizational performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management to ensure HR strategies support business goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and talent development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in HR and talent development, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR).
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors).
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR plans.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
