📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Zoho CRM.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
• Process insurance claims and handle billing and payment inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including managing medical records and correspondence.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of medical files and documents.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Follow up on patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare administrative or virtual assistant role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Zoho CRM.
