📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.
