Top Glove, a leading global manufacturer of gloves, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Sourcing and Procurement team in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and plans
• Support the procurement team in sourcing and supplier evaluation processes
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts
• Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement policies and procedures
• Assist in the organization of procurement-related events and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to travel to various locations within Indonesia
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
