Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting thorough candidate assessments to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the roles.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and clients.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
