Town Spot Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular performance reviews of distribution staff and provide feedback and training.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve any issues related to distribution.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of logistics and distribution processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel as required.
