📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and referrals.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the target market.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that sales goals are aligned with overall business objectives.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Bali.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proactive and results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
