CV Tirta Sri is looking for a talented and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store in Jimbaran, Bali. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the local community.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in retail management. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve store goals.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and customer preferences.
