📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Managing and coordinating with various departments to achieve operational goals,Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels and supplies,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies,Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations,Providing support to the management team in decision-making processes,Conducting regular audits and reviews of operational processes,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
