📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the structural design and analysis of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct structural calculations, prepare detailed design drawings, and ensure structural integrity.
  • Review and approve structural drawings and calculations prepared by junior engineers.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to ensure proper construction practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of technical standards and guidelines for the company.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
