📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greets and assists guests and visitors upon arrival and departure.
  • Manages front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handles inquiries and provides information about the company and its services.
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of guest information.
  • Assists with event planning and coordination.
  • Ensures the front desk area is clean and organized.
  • Provides excellent customer service and resolves any issues or concerns promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with office software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
