📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance resolution.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR information systems and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Possession of a valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card).
