📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Monitor and control expenses, ensuring they are within budget and aligned with the company's financial goals.,Manage the company's banking and cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and efficient use of funds.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team, helping them make informed business decisions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial reports and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus.
