📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Administrate and manage employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
