📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior designers in creating visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and print materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand guidelines and style guides
• Create mockups and layouts for various marketing campaigns and promotions
• Use industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality designs
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging
• Provide input and feedback on design concepts and ideas to support the creative process
• Help manage and organize design files and assets to maintain a well-structured workflow
• Assist in preparing presentations and pitch decks for client meetings and internal reviews

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Design Assistant or similar role, preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including social media graphics, branding materials, and print designs
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and other departments
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
