📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the management of the company's accounts payable and receivable processes.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.,Proven track record of success in managing financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
