📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms to engage with our audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesia market and consumer behavior is a plus.
