As a Deputy Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the Bookkeeper in various financial operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.,Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to management.,Support the Bookkeeper in the preparation of year-end closing procedures.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Handle vendor invoices and ensure timely payment processing.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.,Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards is a plus.,English language proficiency is a plus.
