📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.,Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify industry trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.,Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
