📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and cook meals for the team, ensuring they are served on time and to the required quality.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
