📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and growth.
• Implement and maintain accounting software and systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Provide financial support to the sales and operations teams.
• Stay updated on accounting best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
