📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on company policies and procedures.,Assess employee training needs and create customized training plans.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their performance.,Collaborate with managers and other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
