As a Senior Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the high standards of our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that our food is of the highest quality and that our guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes provided.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.,Follow food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Adhere to the company's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Must be able to speak and understand English.
