PT Bumi Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.,Assist in training and development programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
