As a Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of supervisors, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of supervisors to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Resolve conflicts and address issues within the team.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Develop and implement training programs for team members.,Conduct performance evaluations and promotions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
