📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and mentor a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in retail locations.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the retail sales department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance to senior management.
  • Promote and sell Warung Cahya Bakery products to customers, both in-store and through marketing initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
