Jaya Budi Auto Service is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the monthly closing process. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports,Assist in the monthly closing process,Process and reconcile bank statements and other financial transactions,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections,Provide support to the accounting team as needed,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting (not required for recent graduates)
