📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement competency frameworks and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the creation of training materials, including e-learning modules and workshops.
- Conduct needs assessments and competency gap analyses to identify training requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate competency development into performance management systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of competency development programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in competency development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Build and manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in competency development, training, or HR.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing competency development programs.
- Strong knowledge of competency modeling tools such as SHL, TalentQ, or similar.
- Certification in competency development or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
