Buyer Manager

Erajaya is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Buyer Manager to join our team in Penjaringan, Jakarta. As a Buyer Manager, you will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and cross-functional departments to secure the best products at competitive prices, while also driving innovation and sustainability within our supply chain.

You will work closely with our procurement team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time. You will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to optimize our product assortment and reduce costs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive buying strategy that aligns with market trends, financial objectives, and customer demands.
• Manage the entire buying process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Evaluate and select new suppliers, and negotiate contracts to secure the best products at competitive prices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of new products.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and timelines.
• Drive innovation and sustainability within the supply chain, seeking out eco-friendly and socially responsible products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of successful supplier relationships and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends, market analysis, and supply chain management best practices.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
