📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of stylists and staff to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and salon policies.,Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to ensure adequate supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure the salon meets financial targets and reports to the corporate office.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in salon management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a salon or similar business.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of beauty industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with salon software and management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
